Products & Services
Velvet Temptations offers bath, body, fragrance, and lip-care products, along with select wholesale cosmetic-making materials, supplies, tools, and business starter kits.
Product descriptions, availability, and prices may change. We make reasonable efforts to ensure information is accurate.
Orders & Payments
Orders are subject to payment authorization and acceptance.
Applicable shipping charges and taxes will be presented during checkout.
If a material pricing or product description error is discovered, we will contact affected customers regarding available options before proceeding at revised terms.
Retail & Wholesale Processing
Retail orders generally require 2–5 business days for processing.
Wholesale products are made to order and generally require 14–21 business days.
Shipping transit times are separate from processing times.
Wholesale Manufacturing Responsibilities
Customers purchasing cosmetic-making materials for resale or commercial manufacturing are responsible for evaluating their finished products before distributing them.
This includes, as applicable, formulation safety, ingredient compatibility, stability, microbial quality, packaging suitability, labeling, safety substantiation, recordkeeping, and regulatory compliance.
Buyers must determine whether their finished products comply with applicable FDA requirements and federal, state, and local laws.
Purchasing ingredients, bases, supplies, or business starter kits from Velvet Temptations does not constitute approval or certification of a buyer's finished formulation.
Velvet Temptations remains responsible for its own products, product representations, and legal obligations.
Business Starter Kits
Starter kits may include selected cosmetic-making ingredients, tools, containers, and supplies.
The contents of each kit will be identified in its product listing.
Purchasing a starter kit does not guarantee business success, profits, or regulatory compliance.
Proper Product Use
Customers should follow applicable instructions, warnings, and handling recommendations.
Cosmetic ingredients should be used only for appropriate purposes and within suitable formulation parameters.
Customers should discontinue use of finished personal-care products if irritation occurs and seek medical assistance when appropriate.
Returns & Refunds
Retail personal-care products and made-to-order wholesale products are generally final sale, with exceptions for damaged, defective, or incorrect items and other circumstances required by applicable law.

Velvet Temptations names, logos, original product photography, website content, and other protected brand materials may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission, except as allowed by law.
Wholesale purchases do not grant customers permission to represent their finished products as manufactured, approved, or endorsed by Velvet Temptations unless expressly authorized.

Product experiences and results may vary.
To the extent permitted by law, Velvet Temptations is not responsible for losses caused solely by unauthorized modifications, improper storage, misuse, or unsafe manufacturing practices performed by third parties.
