At Velvet Temptations, we are committed to delivering quality products and providing a positive customer experience.
Personal-Care Products — All Sales Final
Due to hygiene considerations and the nature of cosmetic and personal-care products, all sales of our bath, body, fragrance, and lip-care products are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fragrance or color preferences, or products ordered in error.
Exceptions apply to damaged, defective, or incorrect items and any remedies required by applicable law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery whenever possible.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
We will review the concern and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or another remedy consistent with applicable law.
The requested 48-hour reporting period helps us investigate concerns promptly but does not eliminate applicable legal rights.
Wholesale Products & Business Starter Kits
Made-to-order wholesale products are generally final sale.
This includes lip gloss bases, cosmetic-making ingredients, tools, supplies, and business starter kits.
We generally do not accept discretionary returns for custom-made, opened, used, or altered wholesale products.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect wholesale items remain eligible for review and appropriate resolution.
Order Cancellations
Please contact us promptly if you need to request an order cancellation.
Once production or fulfillment has begun, discretionary cancellations may not be available, particularly for customized or made-to-order products.
This does not restrict cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law, including rights relating to shipping delays.
Approved Refunds
When a refund is approved, we will generally issue it to the original payment method unless another lawful arrangement is agreed upon.
The time required for funds to appear may vary by payment provider.
